Discover the 10 best smartphones of Xiaomi. From the Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro to the Xiaomi Pocophone F1. We help you choose the best mobile phone manufactured by the Chinese company Xiaomi.

What is the best Xiaomi mobile phone or smartphone you can buy?

Also known as the Apple of Chinese phones, Xiaomi is, effectively, one of the most powerful brands of smartphones from China.

In fact, Xiaomi has become one of the best-selling brands in Europe in 2018, only behind Samsung, Apple, and Huawei.

Xiaomi also has the ability to offer excellent features and tools in value for money, moreover, many times you can get exactly the same as a more expensive smartphone, for much less money.

If you are not familiar with the Xiaomi brand, you should know that Redmi is the line of cheap Xiaomi models, for those who have a tighter budget.

Obviously, this line of models at a lower price, will not offer the same quality or performance as the flagships of the company.

The Mi6 model and the futuristic Mi Mix 2S can now be considered the top models of the Chinese brand. The Mi Note used to be considered also one of the high-end Xiaomi smartphones, however, the Mi Note 3 degraded the quality of its hardware.

Luckily, Xiaomi is already sold officially in Spain, this means that the Chinese brand will have a guarantee like that offered by companies like Huawei or Samsung.

In addition, you can also obtain them in Spanish mobile phone companies through the signing of a contract (and pay in installments) or the purchase of a  prepaid SIM card.

You can also buy a Xiaomi on Amazon, or import it from your country of origin, although in this case, in addition to taking more time to receive it, you will have many more difficulties to obtain an acceptable after-sales service.

One difference to keep in mind is that Xiaomi phones do not usually have Google applications pre-installed at the factory.

The best Xiaomi smartphone of 2019

1. Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro

  • PVP: $ 469.99

For less than € 470, the Mi 8 Pro is an incredible purchase since you get a phone capable of competing with other high-end phones for much less. That is why we recommend you to take it into account.

With powerful performance, decent cameras, really useful software , an elegant fingerprint sensor on the screen and a transparent back cover, this smartphone becomes a great SUV at a great price.

  • 6.21in Full-HD + (2248×1080) 18.7: 9 AMOLED Always-On Display, 60,000: 1 contrast, 600nit brightness, 86.68% screen-body ratio, Gorilla Glass 5

2. Xiaomi Mi Mix 3

  • RRP: $ 559.99

Exchanging the awkwardly placed selfie camera with a new dual lens model that is hidden behind the screen, the Mi Mix 3 is one of the new phones that shows how the concept should work.

Not only allows a correct full screen display, but also adds new features for quick access to the phone.

In other respects My Mix 3 is not a big update on 2S, and actually loses some of its brightness compared to its predecessor.

However, it is still a great phone, available at an incredible price, and it is amazing to see how far the original full-screen phone has come.

3. Xiaomi Mi8

  • RRP: $ 389.99

Amazing price, insane performance, stunning photography, an AMOLED screen 18.7: 9 bigger than ever and a great new 3D face recognition feature are all reasons why you should run out and buy the Mi 8.

Right now it costs only € 390.89 on Amazon which is several hundred euros cheaper than many of the phones with which it competes.

We are sad to see that Xiaomi is not up to its rivals in terms of wireless charging, water resistance and Quad-HD display, and that the long-awaited fingerprint on the screen is unique to the Explorer edition, but at this price we can not complain. An incredible phone, highly recommended.

4. Xiaomi Mi Mix 2

  • RRP: $ 479.99

At PCWorld, we continue to be great admirers of the Mi Mix family. However, what was once the revolutionary phone without frames of Xiaomi, the model Mi Mix 2, today has a few high-end smartphones with which to compete to earn the position of favorite.

It may not be so surprising, but we are still satisfied with its changes: we love the new design, much smaller and lighter; also its connectivity and its compatibility for 4G.

What we did not like about the Mi Mix 2 is the reduction in battery life, the loss of the headphone jack, and its new camera.

In spite of everything, it is still a fantastic phone: significantly faster than its predecessor. And let’s not forget, it’s still as affordable as ever, something that makes it a very good alternative or another high-end Android smartphone.

We have missed a double camera, a screen with better resolution, water resistance and the possibility of wireless charging.

There is no doubt that the Pocophone F1 is one of the best Chinese phones we have tested to date.

Xiaomi has done an extraordinary job creating a high-performance phone at an incredibly cheap price. It may not be the thinnest and lightest phone of all, but its design remains attractive and desirable.

If you like the Mi8 but your budget can not stretch too much, this is the phone you need.

The Mi 8 Lite is a mid-range phone with excellent value for money with a superb design and decent hardware, especially in the camera department.

It offers a very affordable price and excellent specifications compared to other models in the market.

7. Xiaomi Mi A2

  • RRP: $ 229.49

The inclusion of Android One makes Xiaomi phones much more accessible as we are much more accustomed to this operating system (if you are not in China or India).

The Xiaomi Mi A2 is a fantastic budget phone and very easy to get on Amazon. It combines decent build quality with good visualization, good overall performance and a trio of well-equipped cameras.

It exceeds the specifications and performance of all other phones in our economical smartphone chart .

8. Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite

The Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite not only stands out in the list of best smartphones Xiaomi, but it does so in the list of the best cheap phones.

9. Xiaomi Mi Note 3

  • PVP: $ 309.99

Although the Xiaomi Mi Note 3 is a model technically inferior to the Mi6, and even the Mi Note 2, we are attracted by its attractive premium design (and its price).

It does not have a super powerful processor, but even so, this smartphone with double camera is a very decent model.

If you can live without 800MHz 4G, you’re happy to try installing Google Play Services on your own, and your budget is tight, then the My Note 3 is definitely for you.
